Jaguar UK has launched a high performance Police pursuit vehicle based on its award-winning Jaguar XF Diesel S model. The first ever Police-spec XF is currently being evaluated by Police forces across the country.

The Jaguar XF police car is powered by a 3.0-litre Diesel S engine that’s equipped with a parallel sequential turbocharger system and outputs 275PS. With this engine, the Jaguar XF police car is able to get from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds, while emitting 179g/km of CO2 with a fuel economy figure of 42mpg.

The Jaguar XF police car is fitted with all the usuals including LED lights inside the front grille, on the side of the car, LED lights integrated in the rear light clusters and the complete range of electronics.

In the UK, retail pricing of the XF range starts at £32,900 for the 3.0-litre petrol. The 3.0-litre diesel model is available from £33,900 while the 3.0-litre Diesel S starts at £36,900.
