2009 Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo XX

EDO Competition unveiled their latest upgrade project for the mighty Ferrari Enzo. The Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo XX develops 800 hp/(588 kW) at 8.500 rpm and 780 Nm of torque at 5.800 rpm. The Edo Competition Ferrari Enzo XX is able to reach a top speed of more than 380 km/h and to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.

2010 SMS 460 Mustang

Steve Saleen and his company SMS Supercars unveiled the first CAD illustrations of the 2010 SMS 460 Mustang at the “Mustangs Northwest Roundup” event in Seattle. The SMS 460 Mustang will be the only Mustang authorized to bear Steve Saleen’s name, to use the benefit of his heritage and to incorporate his performance innovations derived from over thirty years of racing and manufacturing experience. 2009 Lexus IS-F Police Car

The Police in Humberside has received a new Lexus IS-F Police Car. Specially trained officers spent 12 months evaluating a number of high performance vehicles that are set to replace the current Subarus which have proved highly successful in enabling the
Roads Crime Section to target organized criminals in the area.

The Lexus IS-F Police Car has a performance tuned 5.0-litre V8 engine capable of reaching 62mph in 4.8 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 168 mph and was supplied by Steve Kelly, Centre Principal at Lexus Hull who has been working closely with the Humberside police regarding the sale.

2009 Sportec SC 200 Volkswagen Golf VI

Sportec unveiled its Sportec SC 200 which is based on the Volkswagen Golf VI 1.4 TSI. From a modest 1.4 litre cubic capacity the masterly electronic manipulation of the Swiss vehicle summons a full 200 PS with a torque of 300 Nm, which lies between 1,800 and 3,000 U/min (VW Series 160Ps/240 Nm by 1,500 U/min). This ensures impressive driving values. The Sportec SC 200 shaves a full 1.4 seconds off the 8.2 seconds taken by the VW Series for the sprint to 100 Km/h and is a full 3.2 seconds faster for the time taken to accelerate to 180 Km/h. Fuel consumption still remains favourable: it does, however, require the octane richer Superplus fuel (Super series) after its modification.
