New Renault Symbol is a new three-box saloon which features attractive styling. Its length of 4.26 metres and height of 1.43 metres ensure nicely balanced proportions. The harmonious forms of its headlamps and body colour exterior mirrors underpin the front end’s status-enhancing looks. Seen from the side, its lines are those of a prestigious saloon and the presence of a third side window ensures first class visibility. The robust design of the rear is also suggestive of status, an impression which is compounded by the body colour rear bumper and wrap-round rear lights. The use of chrome trimming for the grille surround and rear panel adds a further note of refined distinction (depending on equipment level). New Renault Symbol can also be ordered with an optional Look Pack (additional lights and satin chrome door handles) and 14-or 15-inch aluminium alloy wheels. A broad range of accessories enables owners to further modify their car’s looks as a function of their personal taste. Items available from launch are a rear wing, chrome exterior mirror housings, door protective mouldings and specific aluminium 14-wheels. Three non-metallic body colours are available (Glacier White, Vif Red and Roy Blue), as well as several metallic body colours (Cendré Beige, Cassiopée Grey, Écume Blue, Nacré Black, Éclipse Grey, Poivré Beige, Platine Grey, Olive Grey and Dyna Red). 2010 SMS 460 Mustang
Steve Saleen and his company SMS Supercars unveiled the first CAD illustrations of the 2010 SMS 460 Mustang at the “Mustangs Northwest Roundup” event in Seattle. The SMS 460 Mustang will be the only Mustang authorized to bear Steve Saleen’s name, to use the benefit of his heritage and to incorporate his performance innovations derived from over thirty years of racing and manufacturing experience. Subtle Aero Kit for Eos Coupe-Convertible: Releases
The only ones releasing sporty accessories these days; many automakers like Volkswagen have also jumped in the tuning bandwagon. The German firm has just revealed a new aero kit for its Golf-based hardtop-convertible, the Eos. The package consists of a front apron, side skirts and a rather subtle boot lid spoiler. Certainly not as a aggressively styled as other bodykit proposals, but not everyone wants their car to look like it’s about to compete in a ‘Fast and Furious’ competition.
Tesla Roadster tech makeover with photos
Al & Ed’s Autosound improved the cabin tech in a Tesla Roadster.Al & Ed’s got around all of this with a clever solution.The entire audio system is powered by its own Stinger (made by Odyssey) battery with its own charging system.
The factory head unit was replaced with a Kenwood KVT514 motorized monitor with the Garmin-based Kenwood navigation system. They also added a Kenwood Bluetooth hands-free system, an XM Radio tuner, and a cable to plug in the client’s iPod. The head unit’s functions and all of the accessories are all controlled by the Kenwood touch screen, which has a very consumer-friendly GUI.

2010 Subaru Legacy Pricing Announced
The Japanese carmaker has announced today the 2010 Subaru Legacy price for the North American market. Pricing for the all-new 2010 Subaru Legacy(R) sedan – start at $19,995 — $800 lower than the previous generation Legacy sedan — which set a sales record in 2008.
The new Subaru Legacy provides for a bolder design language in a larger midsize package. The 2010 Subaru Legacy, whose predecessor is renowned for its sporty handling and reliability, now has a longer wheelbase, four inches of extra rear seat legroom and a new powertrain lineup featuring the new Subaru Lineartronic(TM) CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). All Legacy models now feature an all-new front McPherson strut, rear double-wishbone suspension with front and rear stabilizer bars for improved ride & handling. Additionally, all Legacy models are upgraded with a much larger 18.5 gallon fuel tank for better operating range. Read more
